Army graduations, visitations closed to families, public

WHO: The Arkansas National Guard
WHAT: Recommends parents and loved ones not purchase tickets to visit their Soldier due to the Army closing to the public graduations and visitations to Soldiers at BCT, AIT
WHEN: Effective immediately
WHERE: At all Army locations where training occurs.
WHY: This is a preventative measure due to the Coronavirus to ensure the health of all Soldiers as they train in a very close environment, and to help prevent families from spending money on airline tickets, hotels, rental cars, etc. All graduations are closed to the public until further notice.
The Arkansas National Guard recommends families and loved ones check with each Army facility’s public website to ascertain when graduations and visitations will be allowed in the future.
