As part of the Arkansas National Guard State Partnership Program, members of the 189th Airlift Wing recently traveled to Guatemala to engage with Guatemalan Air Force (GAF) leadership. The visit focused on advancing strategic defense cooperation, strengthening institutional relationships, and promoting regional stability through enhanced interoperability and shared capabilities.
Working side by side with the GAF, our team identified key areas for capability development and launched targeted initiatives to support their mission and institutional growth.
Our enduring partnership with the Guatemalan Air Force plays a vital role in enhancing regional security and fostering mutual readiness.
