Established in 2024, the Warrant Officer Hall of Fame celebrates the history and success of the Arkansas National Guard Warrant Officer Corps. It recognizes influential individuals who have made significant contributions to the Corps. The WOHF program reminds all Warrant Officers of their proud heritage and provides sterling examples of Warrant Officers “Eagle Rising”.
To be inducted into the Arkansas Warrant Officer Hall of Fame, a nominee must meet one of the following criteria: a. Individual must be a discharged, retired, or deceased Warrant Officer of the Arkansas Army National Guard, regardless in the rank of CW4 or CW5. b. Distinguished military achievements/accomplishments/service and performance above that normally expected over a sustained period during peacetime, war, man-made or natural disasters, and support to civilian authorities during civil disturbances. c. Acts of heroism above or beyond what would normally be expected of an individual facing a similar situation, performed when in federal, state, or civilian status. d. Extraordinary contributions/achievements/accomplishments to their fellow Warrant Officers deemed to be of lasting value that significantly brought credit and distinction to the individual and the-ARARNG Warrant Officer Cohort. e. Extraordinary contributions/achievements to the community, State, and nation in the spirit of the Citizen-Soldier of the National Guard.
