Arkansas National Guard Escorts State Leadership Over Flooding
~ State leaders view areas affected by historic flooding

WHO:            The Arkansas National Guard 
WHAT:           escorted state leadership on a flyover over areas affect by historic flooding from the Arkansas River on May 30, 2019. 
Members of the delegation included the Governor Asa Hutchinson, Senator John Boozman, Senator Tom Cotton, Representative Rick Crawford, and Representative Steve Womack. 
The delegation flew from Little Rock to Fort Smith, Arkansas and conducted a press conference in downtown Fort Smith upon arrival.
WHEN:          May 30, 2019.
WHERE:         The Arkansas River from Little Rock to Fort Smith.
WHY: To allow state leaders to assess damaged areas in Arkansas.
