A message from the Arkansas National Guard Adjutant General:

It has come to our attention that some of our former Guardsmen may have left our ranks without proper recognition.

In some cases, that might be a medal to recognize their service, in others, it might be that a retirement ceremony never occurred or retirement documents were not presented.
