Arkansas Army Guard Welcomes Newest General Officer
~Promotion of Kevin L. Vines, Director of the Joint Staff for the Arkansas National Guard
WHO: The Arkansas National Guard
WHAT: Will conduct a ceremony to promote and formally recognize a new brigadier general
WHEN: Media interested in covering the event must RSVP and meet media escort at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at the visitor center next to the main gate of Robinson Maneuver Training Center in North Little Rock.
Media interviews will be available with Payne before the ceremony at 1:00 p.m. and the event begins promptly at 2:00 p.m.
WHERE: Media are asked to meet escort at the visitor center next to the main gate of Robinson Maneuver Training Center in North Little Rock. The event will take place in Militia Hall on the campus of the Professional Education Center.
WHY: The ceremony will be held to promote Col. Kevin L. Vines to the rank of Brigadier General. Vines currently serves as the Director of the Joint Staff for the Arkansas National Guard. (See biography attached)
