Incentives/Bonuses

By becoming a member of the Arkansas Army National Guard you can earn a sign-on bonus money or extra money by just reenlisting with us. 

The Arkansas Army National Guard provides cash bonus to Soldiers who fill critical positions inside our force. Depending if you are a new Soldier or have prior service, you can earn anywhere from $5,000.00- $20,000.00 bonus pending on your eligibility and MOS you choose. 

 

All incentives are based on eligibility criteria and Select Reserve Incentive Program (SRIP) policy published in the Army National Guard (ARNG) Decentralized State Incentive Pilot Program (DSIPP). 

Soldiers must use the criteria in effect at the time of the enlistment, reenlistment or extension. 

The eligibility criteria and criteria for continuing eligibility for the incentive programs can be found in NGR 600-7.;

Bonus amounts are subject to change annually.
